Budget Planner ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Finora Studio. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information (name, email address)
- Financial data you enter (transactions, budgets, goals, bills, debts)
- Receipt images you choose to scan
- Device notification preferences
- App usage data — which screens you open and when, so we can see which features are used. This is stored in our own database, is never shared with or sold to third parties, and never includes amounts, merchant names, or transaction details.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and sync your budget data across sessions
- To process receipt images using AI for automatic transaction entry
- To send bill reminders and budget alerts you enable
- To manage your subscription and purchases
- To understand which features are used and where the app is confusing, so we can improve it
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — stores your account and financial data securely
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchases
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth
- AI Receipt Scanning — receipt images are processed by AI to extract transaction details and are not stored permanently
Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. To request data deletion, contact us at

Children's Privacy
Budget Planner is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
